Accreditation

Maintlink Constructions has developed its QA systems in accordance with the systems and methodologies of ISO 9001 - 2008.

We have documented operating systems in place, both internally and externally, that continually monitors the quality of service being delivered. Our systems and methodologies are transposed into ISO 9001-2000. We subscribe to the use of controlled and standardised measures and processes to ensure a consistent service delivery to all our clients. Our internal documents and processes are complete and we have commissioned Trading Lines to facilitate our quality certification.

We are also approved under the Noel Arnold CM3 contractor accreditation system for WH&S and contracting responsibilities, which apply strict guidelines as dose ISO 9001 on how a quality company operates and maintains safety, compliance and continuous improvement.

We are committed to the safety, health and well-being of our staff in every project we do. Improving workplace health, safety and the environment through cultural and behavioural change remains our single most important commitment to date. We apply 'best practice' objectives to all facets of our business. We provide training and initiatives that keep safety at the forefront in every project we do. We promote this culture throughout our company and to our business partners. We believe safety is a company culture that everyone must embrace.

Waste Management Practice

To fulfil our commitment to sustainability, all waste produced by Maintlink Constructions shall be managed in accordance with our best practice approach, which includes:

  • Waste avoidance
  • Waste Re-use
  • Waste Recycling
  • Energy recovery and or purchase of energy derived from these sources
  • Waste Disposal

Waste Avoidance – Examples of this include the use of water efficient machines which operate on ionised water technology. (This reduces the reliance on chemicals and reduces the waste generated in producing and consuming this on site). Waste Reuse – Examples on site include returning chemical bottles to suppliers for recycle/reuse.

Waste Recycling – Implemented a waste recycling program at our office and sites to include the use of recycled products and compliance to our recycling objectives. This focus translates into improved waste management for you on site due to the increased awareness of our staff. Green Energy – We source electricity from renewable sources for our offices (where possible).

Waste Disposal – This includes the correct sorting and disposal of all recycling, composting and other materials and to engage with waste providers who convert the waste into renewable energy.
